Vitality offers a variety of personal training options that are designed to cater to each individuals' desires and needs. Our training methods have been developed using principles established from our unique and diverse backgrounds including: resistance training, aerobic training, neuroscience, chiropractics, engineering, and athletic training. Each training session is dependent on how the client is performing on THAT DAY, which will often change due to the complexities of the variables that affect our tissue tolerances, neural drive and force output. By consistently and thoughtfully analyzing as many of the known variables before and throughout each exercise, we are able to determine the next, best steps to drive positive results and more accurately avoid the negative potentials from over and/or under training. Gym membership is not required to utilize our personal training services.
